Went from having never having ridden a motorbike to passing my bike test with no rider faults on the Mod 2. Absolutely brilliant training and made sure that all eventualities of the test were covered from the CBT to mod 1 and then Mod 2. Can’t rate these guys high enough, super friendly and knowledgable. Will consider advanced lessons now.

I did my CBT with Phoenix a couple of weeks ago and felt they were brilliant. There was 2 riders to 1 instructor during my session, and instruction was tailored to each of abilities, rather than the group as a whole.
While the instructors do push you along, this is a good thing, as it keeps you progressing and often I found in was underestimating what I could do.
Definitely recommend them, and I'll be back to do my full licence with them next year.

Very organised and dedicated to safety trainers. Had my first ride out with Mark who was very clear and direct with instructions. Whole team is helpful and easy going.

I did my CBT with Phoenix 18 months ago and came back at the begining of this year to do my Mod 1 & 2; what an experience I've had! I've enjoy every single moment of training I've spent with the guys at Phoenix; they've always made me feel welcome and like no question was a silly one (which as a woman in the motorbiking community, is a relief). We had a laugh and they gave great advice and all the experience I needed to pass my tests; I will forever be grateful to Sean and Will (you are both amazing!); I just might be back for the Advanced riding course as I already miss you guys! Thank you and I can't recommend Phoenix enough!

It was super informative and my instructors let me go at my own pace. The car park was a decent size for the manoeuvres I needed to do and they don’t get a bunch of people doing they’re cats together. The limit is 3 where as my last one had about 7 of us.

I’ve used phoenix 3 times for my CBT and each time I’ve felt so comfortable to make mistakes and left feeling that the instructors actually care about teaching road safety. They’re all so hugely friendly that it almost feels like a friend teaching you to ride instead of an instructor (but they are still very professional)

Great experience, lots learnt and will certainly return for more training with Justin and his team.
Justin was relaxed and gave great instruction throughout the day. A complete change from road riding for me, but by building up from the field next to the main facility to the last blast along rut alley I came away feeling pleased with my new off road riding.
Salisbury plain has so much to offer and Justin didn’t hold back it showing just a little of it. Great bikes, great instruction and great FUN.
I have to say it’s incredible value for what you get out of the day and with no hidden charges - all the kit you need can be supplied for the day. I will definitely be returning for another day.

Had a bad start to my previous CBT back last in last year. Came to phoenix after it was recommended by my mate. The staff were friendly helpful and patient. 5 months later I had passed my Mod 1 and 2 first time and was out on the road on my big bike. Excellent training school and a great bunch of helpful instructors. Would recommend to anyone who wants to start riding.

Great guys at Phoenix in Crystal Palace- London. Highly recommend to anyone who is thinking of getting ready for full motorbike licence (Cat A). They have assessed me and suggested getting on the bigger bike session, which prepared me for the rest of the training, with the Mod1 and Mod2 going so much smoother. Friendly, professional with great road skills will prepare anyone who is starting their motorbike journey. Now I have A licence and I am excited about getting on the road. Thank you guys!

Our instructor Mark was very good at making the students feel at ease from start to finish. I would highly recommend Phoenix Motorcycle Training from doing your CBT to full Motorcycle training and test.

Beginners full day trail training on Salisbury Plain with Justin (Stig). Very thorough instruction and some creative exercises like the figure of eight of doom which taught me so much and I absolutely got the most out of the day. If you want to experience trail riding use Phoenix to show you how.

Completed cbt while back, then mod 1 training and followed up today with Mod1 test.
Passed it thanks to the patients of trainer Lee. I almost cried into my helmet as that was a fantastic moment for me. But I fought back the tears as I'm hard 😁😂 no really if you need your cbt & mods 1 n 2 no better place to go in my opinion. Both Lee and Martin are easy going and will make you feel at ease. Good luck ppl 👍

My experience was amazing, I was a nerve wreck as I never had an expirience with a moped before. The day went so quick. My instructor made me feel so chilled and assured that I am really getting the most out from the course. I can no dought recommended them to anyone that wants to start they adventure with motorcycles.

Got the job done but teaching overall wasn’t that great. Instructor lacked patience and would raise his voice quickly if you didn’t understand. What I had learnt on the day felt very surface level and after comparing my experience with another school doing my full licence the quality in teaching is night and day

Just completed my full license having done my CBT May last year, instructed by Sean and Will from Phoenix in Bristol. Both are fantastic instructors and provided clear and constructive feedback throughout. The office team were very helpful and quick to book in training days and tests at short notice. They even have new BMW F750 GS's with both high and low seat variations, so ideal for taller riders. Can't recommend them enough, I'll be booking onto an advanced rider course with them in the near future.

Fantastic teachers, very patient and understanding, but also tough in that not all students were allowed to stage 5 of the CBT (the 2-hour road test). The bikes were in great condition and the training course very good. The day flew by.
