Completed a full DAS course through phoenix and couldn't of had a better bunch or people to train with! They were brilliant in helping me get test ready honestly a great group of professional and experienced riders who gave a high gaulity of training and would highly recommend anyone who wants book

Me and my friend have just completed CBT -> MOD 1 & 2 with Chris over the past few months.
Chris was great, we enjoyed every moment of the training with him. Would 100% recommend him. He made it fun and was extremely knowledgeable.

Karen was an amazing instructor for my 1 to 1 training as well as my CBT she had so much patience and understanding of everyone’s individual needs, karen had a great sense of humour and put everyone at ease but was also extremely professional. Karen was also very patient with me on certain manoeuvre's that I was struggling with. I would like to thank them both, I had a lovely day :)

Phoenix were extremely professional but also kind and patient. I suffer anxiety and throughout the CBT, my trainer was understanding and yet again patient. Throughout the CBT I felt confident and safe.

Enjoyable experience which had a very "community" like feel to it. All the instructors were very friendly and knowledgeable.
Each day typically had a different instructor assigned which could be seen as a positive or a negative (IE getting different perspectives on what to improve on vs instructors not initially familiar with your progress).
One slight niggle is that there's no guarantee you'll be on the same bike each day. Whilst I got use to the handling on the Honda CB650R on my training day, the next day (day of the test) I had a different bike (same model, different year) and the handling initially felt a lot different to the day before. However, they allow you to warm up and do a few practice runs before setting off for the test centre. Ultimately, it was fine in the end as I passed.
Overall a positive experience!

Went from having never having ridden a motorbike to passing my bike test with no rider faults on the Mod 2. Absolutely brilliant training and made sure that all eventualities of the test were covered from the CBT to mod 1 and then Mod 2. Can’t rate these guys high enough, super friendly and knowledgable. Will consider advanced lessons now.

After 30 years off a motorcycle this CBT training was the perfect way to refresh and get my confidence to get out on the road . Big emphasis on safety and lots of interactive discussions with Chris the Instructor. Very informative and to the point. Really enjoyed the whole day . From the verbal tuition to practicing around the cones and then out on the road . A thoroughly enjoyable course.

I went out on the road with four instructors over all and they were all good, I was happy with all I learned at Crystal Palace.

I did my CBT with Phoenix a couple of weeks ago and felt they were brilliant. There was 2 riders to 1 instructor during my session, and instruction was tailored to each of abilities, rather than the group as a whole.
While the instructors do push you along, this is a good thing, as it keeps you progressing and often I found in was underestimating what I could do.
Definitely recommend them, and I'll be back to do my full licence with them next year.

I’ve done everything I need to do test wise so far with Pheonix in Bristol and in Bath (due to Bristol getting booked up so quickly and me not having my s*** together😅)
But from the office staff, to those who train you, I haven’t got a single bad word for any of them. They are beyond helpful, supportive and they make sure 110% you have everything you need to be safe as new motorcyclist. I’m now doing my A2 with them and have passed my Mod1, which I was really concerned about. And again, from CBT, to now, the trainers have been awesome. Will Blewett and Shaun at Clifton, Bristol, are awesome, truly. Steve and Chris at Walcott, Bath, are equally as awesome. The information is there, the support is there. If you listen and take on what they are telling you and showing you, you will have 0 issues whatsoever. And I recommend them to anyone looking at who to go with for their motorcycle training. They even do something that their competitor Ace don’t do as far as I’m concerned, known as a license assessment. No one I know has done one, but that day of just getting used to a bigger bike and handling it, absolutely helped with my Mod1 - not a bad thing to do if you have the spare change!
It’s all about being safe on a motorcycle at the end of the day. Anyone can ride one, but not many can or do, ride safely. Pheonix will not put you on the road if you aren’t safe. And that gives me more confidence in their training than anything else. And it helped give me confidence, knowing they wouldn’t pass my CBT, or put me in for the Mod1 if they didn’t think I was ready/safe to do so!
